BORN & RAISED IN THE LOU (St.Louis) all sides. kCAne MarkCO began spitten rhymes in cyphers on corners and at parks in his hood, eventually making his way to the Crooked I (Indiana) through the Chi. kCAne MarkCO has family all over the Mid WEST! SO THAT’S WHAT he REPS. THE ENTIRE MID WEST!

ITS HARD TO SAY WHO HE SOUNDS LIKE BECAUSE HE SOUNDS LIKE HIMSELF. WHEN HE RAPS ITS JUST HIM HAVING A CONVERSATION, THAT JUST HAPPENS TO RHYME. IT WOULD SEEM THAT HE DOES THIS BECAUSE HE LOVES IT. NO BETTER REASON THAN THAT!! WORLD MEET kCAne MarkCO the Mid West Jugg a naut!

Well, I needed to dig a little bit deeper than what I was reading in this bio above. See, Charleesmiles has got the chance to see this Jugg a Naut up close and personal. He brazen but he doesn’t lack brains, nor a heart or soul!

I asked kCane MarkCO seven questions just so folks could see this Entertainer  has something and that makes you dig deeper than what the surface shows you… So here I go…

Charleesmiles: How did you come up with the performance name KCane MarkCO?

 kCane MarkCO:  it’s actually spelled kCAne MarkCO

   and because when you mix a comic book nerd with a champion strongman/mixed martial artist/poet…you get the Artistic embodiment of Cain Marko…Marval’s the Juggurnaut…I cannot reveal the trade mark spelling just yet tho lol. But I can say I’m the man for the name as I’m on record for deadlifting 550lbs 17x in 45 seconds! Jugg-a-knot Bytch!

 Charleesmiles: Why this name instead of something closer to you government name?

 kCane MarkCO: My Gov name is too common, and as i am a stand out personality, I needed a stand out name that my ACTIONS could back up. ( See answer 1) 

Charleesmiles: Why the unique spelling?

 kCane MarkCO:  I’m not the artist to answer why…I’m the ENTERTAINER to say WHY NOT. Lol.

 

Charleesmiles: When did you begin rapping?

kCane MarkCO:Came out the Womb, said ga ga goo, open up my eyes they’re stuck like glue…basically as far back as i can naturally remember. Double negative time…I’ve never not been rappin.

 

Charleesmiles: How many young men have you helped stay away from the streets by giving them music as an outlet?

kCane MarkCO:  Too many to Number. and counting. And with much more than the use of music. Education with a goal. A mission of uplifting their community. Setting an example for the next generation still to come. Accountability! That is what i give the youth i come in contact with.

Charleesmiles: What would you like people to remember MOST about you?

kCane MarkCO:  That I was a man who NEVER stopped TRYING, DOING, and last but not least BELIEVING!!

 Charleesmiles: What would you do differently if you could take the knowledge you have now and have a “DO OVER” type situation?

kCane MarkCO: I coined the phrase “REAL RAP FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE MAP.” Because I lived MOST of what trap rappers rap about. and EVERY word of what I rap, but the sadness of it all is this…the streets. If I could say that I really did not come from the streets. If I had stayed away from that life when MC LYTE said yo kid you got something there I would have pushed this harder. When Treach said here’s my number kid lets work! I would have called. When Gorilla Zoe and Big Reggie said “why aint you doing THIS for a living ” I woulda had a better answer than ” I have heard that before, no clue.”  If I could do it all over I would have just stayed out the streets I mean the real street where we getting shot everyday. Put my nose in the books way earlier and went after my dreams with both barrels blazing!

As the Indianapolis based Dj’s United Conference draws near April 26 – 29th, know who has the Biggest Impact as far as Breaking New Music. Understanding the needs of a client w/o trying to break there Budget at the same time. Everyone of these Djs & Coalitions have access to Radio, Fm, Internet, Justin.tv, U streams, Blog talk, Clubs, Mixtapes sites, E-Blasts & Official MP3s Pool.

This list is not based on awards cause we all know the awards can be rigged, Sad but True. Do to the age of social media very few Dj Coalitions respond back to artists do to them spamming Djs personal pages.  Mehean Jones-Quinn (born April 16, 1989), better known by the stage DJ Q89, is a  Disc Jockey, Promoter, & Radio Producer born in Muskegon MI. He is best known for Djing, hosting and promoting event, Djing at Clubs,Radio, Concert, & Schools, including the R&B, Hiphop Urban Station in West Michigan. “103.7 The Beat WUVSLP”. The name Dj Q89 was put together by his uncle which Q  is the first letter of Quinn’s last name and also Q(Cue) is a meaning of inserting the next track, 89 is the year Quinn was born.

 Dj Q89 started playing records when he was 12 years old while listening to his older brother make and produce beats, Quinn learn how to blend artist vocals with his brother beats and played them at talent shows he dj for. At 17 he ran into a guy while he was Djing at a teen event that talk to him about working at the local black own radio station in Muskegon. While at the radio station he learn from the Program Director “Paul Billings”, Music Director “Robert Roundtree” Operation Manager/Radio Personality  “Rosie Ladew” and Dj Hitman how the music business really works. Despite Q’s Speech impediment the radio station push Q to start his first Radio show called the QSpot. Q start learning from multiple people how to chop music, host shows,  and communicate with different types of people. Lots of people say he as potential to being a Big known dj from the Midwest & he will keep your party hype and entertaining for all ages and Music.
